Make your stay at Vienna Garden Bungalow even more comfortable with our convenient grocery and delivery service. Simply choose your desired items, and we will ensure that everything is ready for you upon arrival!

Order process

1. Place Your Order

Select your desired items and send us your shopping list at least 48 hours before arrival.

2. Advance Payment (Deposit Based on Order Size)

A deposit may be required depending on the order value.
The exact amount will be calculated after we receive your shopping list.

💳 Payment Options:

Bank transfer or online payment in advance

A €50 service fee (including 20% VAT) applies for the shopping service.

For your convenience, you can add the shopping service directly during booking or later via our guest portal.
(Note: The guest portal is only activated shortly before your arrival to prevent fake bookings.)

3. Shopping & Preparation

We take care of fresh grocery shopping and place everything directly in your bungalow.
Your order is scheduled to ensure that all items are fresh upon your arrival.

4. Final Payment & Arrival

You can settle the remaining amount upon arrival conveniently via:

✔ Credit card
✔ Debit card
Alternatively, you can also pay online or via bank transfer in advance.

We take care of everything – your fridge will be stocked and ready upon arrival, so you can relax and enjoy your stay!

🛍 Special Ordering Deadlines for Public Holidays in Austria

Since supermarkets & shops in Austria are closed on public holidays, special regulations apply for orders around these dates.

✅ Orders for arrivals on a public holiday or immediately afterward

Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before the holiday.
The deposit must be received at least 48 hours before the holiday.

✅ Which dates are affected by holiday regulations?

All official Austrian holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter, National Holiday, Pentecost, Assumption Day, etc.).
Especially important for Christmas & New Year, as many stores remain closed for an extended period.
