QUIET ON THE EDGE-QUICK TO THE CENTER

1. Smoking
🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the bungalow. Smoking is allowed in the garden area. Please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

2. Safety & Security
🧯 The bungalow is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. 📹 A surveillance camera is installed on the exterior wall facing the gate to ensure your safety.

3. Pets
🐾 Dogs are warmly welcome! Up to two dogs may be brought – more upon friendly request. We provide blankets and food bowls. Please note: Pets are not allowed on the furniture (sofas, beds, etc.). Pet waste in the garden must be picked up immediately by the owner.

4. Events & Celebrations
🎉 Events are only permitted with prior agreement. For parties or larger celebrations, a deposit may be required.

5. Visitors & Overnight Stays
👥 Visitors are always welcome. However, only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay overnight. If a guest wishes to invite someone to stay overnight, this must be discussed with us in advance – especially due to the legally regulated local tax and mandatory guest registration.

6. Quiet Hours
🔊 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily – especially in the garden area. Indoors: With windows and doors closed, a bit of music or party atmosphere is no problem.

7. Parking
🚗 Parking is available on the public street in front of the house. Parking in the driveway is not permitted.

8. Sustainability & Smart Home
🌿 Please help us save energy: turn off lights, reduce water usage. The smart home system can be conveniently controlled via the provided tablet.

9. Winter & Bad Weather Notices
❄️ A snow shovel and de-icing salt are available at the entrance. Please observe all safety instructions during winter.

10. Check-in & Check-out
🕒 Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. It can be done independently or in person.🚪 Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please ensure the garden gate is locked upon departure.
